It's a STRIKE!

Sydney had her first birthday party today at Irvine Lanes. She had so much fun with her new friends. Xav got to join in and do some bowling, as well. He is proud to say that he beat his big sis 75 to 63! Syd said "the party ROCKED"!

From the sand to the sky

This past week we discovered a couple new favorite spots. The first pictures are of Aliso Beach in Laguna. The kids loved playing in Aliso Creek which ends right at this beach. We enjoyed a sunset picnic. Looking forward to bringing the goods for smors and taking advantage of the fire pits next trip. 
The rest of them are from our drive to the top of the Saddleback Mountains.The kids have been asking when they can go to the top of "one of those mountains". We took the winding Ortega Highway (at times I was a bit nervous to look out the window) to the top to have some lunch at a well known restaurant called "The Lookout". Can't wait to bring visitors to this spot. The views were amazing and over look Lake Elisnor.
