Christmas Card Wishes

With all the hustle and bustle this year, I did not get my Christmas card out but sending you our wishes:

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Oh Christmas Tree...decorating the tree is one of the kid's favorite parts of Christmas...ok mine too! They love to get out all the ornaments that they have made and have been given over the years.  Fun stories are always to follow each one. This year was a little extra special since we got a real tree. Something that I always made mom and dad get every year growing up. Syd and Xav were excited to drive home with it! They thought we needed it to touch the ceiling which wouldn't be a problem if our ceiling wasn't 30 feet tall:)  We enjoyed watching Christmas Vacation and listening to Christmas tunes for the first time this year.  The smell of fresh pine fills the air.  

Our First Hockey Game

Ducks Vs. Red Wings...We got to experience our first hockey game at the Honda Civic Center in Anaheim. What a first game experience! We enjoyed the view from  The Stanley Black and Decker Suite. Xavier sported his new Ducks gear but made it clear we needed to cheer for both teams because "one team is from where we live now and the other is by where we used to live". The Red Wings won another victory but it was an exciting game.

Family Science Night

Wood Canyon Elementary hosted family science night. I am not sure if the kids or Troy was more excited. A good time was had by all!

A SPOOTACULAR NIGHT

Happy Halloween! The kids had a blast! The OC knows how to do it right with the Halloween decorations. Xavier was a vampire banana and Sydney turned into quite the vampire fairy. Marley finished off the group with an Egyptian piece. They got lots of attention with their costumes this year. The kids said "best costumes ever"...which made mom and dad proud!
